B464 (1999) 1 ************************************************************************** The quark polarizations for valence up (u_v), valence down (d+dbar) and sea quark (q_s) flavors as a function of x derived from the HERMES inclusive and semi-inclusive asymmetries on the ^3 He and proton targets (Valence decomposition). The first error is statistical and the second one systematic.
