Changes in Dad 1.10 since 1.00

• New functions dadGetRecordId, dadSetRecordId and dadGetKeyTableId.
• New open flag: CAC_KEYTABLE to access the keytable.
• Servers do now contain an own dataflow with server information which can be requested. DDL: ./ddl/server.ddl. Example: ./bin/dadinit.c.
