GAF method: WARN
Get status of the WARN flag for a GAF object.
This flag enables/disables warning messages when the meta tables
are read back and do not agree with tables in memory.
<gafobj> "WARN"
- <gafobj> is the name of a PinK GAF object,
- WARN is the name of the applied method.
- Return value: Status of the flag, "YES" or
"NO".
